If we build the drink, spring will come! Learn the ins and outs of craft cocktail creations at Summer House! Our mixologists will lead a hands-on demo featuring a lineup of seasonal drinks and small bites from Chef Dave Hynes. While mingling with friends, guests will learn how to garnish, shake/stir 4 cocktails: Fresco, Mule, Manhattan, and Basic Martini. From choosing a spirit to muddling ingredients, be amongst the first to try your hand at bartending while sipping on the subject matter.
