  • Michelle F. Day
    President & CEO

    Michelle started with the Rockville Chamber in June of 2015.  She brings a proven record of success in community involvement and relationship building as well as sales and business development.  Michelle’s successful history of leadership includes serving as Board Chair for the Corporate Volunteer Council of Montgomery County and Committee chairs for various other organizations. 
    Michelle’s appreciation and interest in understanding community development began after high school, when she lived abroad in Israel for a year. Upon coming home, she went to college in Manhattan and received her BS in Marketing Management from Touro College.
    Michelle then moved back to Montgomery County and started working in non-profit administration.  She worked in resource management for a firm that provided staff to the federal government, parlaying that experience into a position with Kaplan University. She worked in Career and Business Development there until she came to the Rockville Chamber.
    Michelle currently lives in Damascus with her husband Bart and daughters Elianna and Sophia.

  • Jane Meier
    Rockville Rewards Program Manager

    Jane is passionate about creating marketing partnerships that help local businesses thrive while increasing social good. Managing Rockville Rewards since its' inception, she is always looking for businesses & non-profits to join as partners in this hub where social good meets thriving business.
    Jane developed experience in creating successful public-private partnerships while working for Whole Foods Market in Community Relations and serving on the Montgomery County Corporate Volunteer Council. A local since 2002, Jane enjoys fitness, cooking Paleo, and exploring local sites, and (mostly!) enjoys mothering her two children and maintaining a 1938 era home with her husband, GK.

  • Amy Laczek
    Administrative Coordinator

    Amy began working for the Chamber in March of 2017, eager to put her organization, event planning and management skills to good use. Strengths she had honed during her time as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, and most recently as a mother of two girls.
    She considers herself lucky to have been stationed around this great country with her husband, an officer in the US Army, and currently enjoys supporting the nation as a military spouse.
    Amy is an avid foodie, cook, runner, sewist and gardener in her free time.
