& Mingle
Entertain your fellow chamber members. Provide a venue for
exchanging ideas and business cards while showcasing your own
business at the same time. Consider having another member co-host;
you each can share the spotlight. This event can draw a great
turnout with the right mix of planning and promotions. We will
help you achieve your desired goals. Call the chamber office
to receive information and guidance for this evening event
held every 4th Thursday of the month.
Committee Participation
Serve on various committees designed to enhance member services,
improve the quality of life for the community at large, and
monitor local, state and federal level legislative activities
of business interest. Serve yourself, your business and your
community by joining a Chamber Committee.
Certificate of Origin
A Certificate of Origin, certified by the Rockville Chamber
of Commerce, says that to the best of our knowledge and belief,
the product named on the document originated in the United
States. We certify the document with a signature and stamp.
This service is free to members and $10.00 per certificate
for non-members.

Through our office and other Chamber members, each member’s
business is involved in an extensive referral network. Your
business name is matched with customer interest through word-of-mouth
and telephone queries.
Ribbon Cuttings
Welcome to the neighborhood! Congratulation on your Grand
Opening! Chamber member businesses receive a free Ribbon Cutting
and listing in our newsletter. Ribbon-cutting events can also
celebrate business relocations and anniversaries. Contact the
office to schedule your event.
Monthly Business Seminars
We offer a variety of monthly business related seminars. Presented by an expert in the field,
these seminars provide learning opportunities and innovative
ways to address reoccurring concerns.

of all members, advertisements and pertinent information about
Rockville and Montgomery County.
Newsletter
A weekly newsletter, with
a circulation of over 1000 is a direct link between the Rockville
Chamber and its members. It includes messages from the Board
Chair and President/CEO, upcoming Chamber events, updates
on community and governmental concerns, member authored articles,
new member and member-in-the-news highlights.
